Mr Seasons & I love the Blue Mountains and visit whenever we can.
We love it in all seasons and all weather.
But nothing beats a lovely summers day when you can enjoy the views, uninterrupted.
When the cicadas sing & the bush gives up a lush eucalyptus scent you could be a million miles from anywhere.
Yet Sydney is just an hours drive east.

It wouldn't be the Blue Mountains if it didn't rain at least once during your stay! |

And folks a little more dare-devilish than I, like to use Mount Blackheath for reasons other than viewing!
It's so beautiful isn't it? And yes it is always rainy, cool and misty for at least a short time...
ReplyDeleteIt really is a beautiful part of the world. I haven't been there since I was a kid but it was spectacular. I have been lucky that I have only seen the misty conditions in the blue mountains once or twice and most of the time it has been good weather.

ReplyDeleteLove the pic of the Subline Point. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLooks like we're both visiting the mountains in our photos today! Your pictures of the Blue Mountains are beautiful. I especially like the panoramic view. How lucky you are that this wilderness area is so close to a major town.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog today and taking the time to leave a comment.
