Purple has always been one of my favorite colors and a whole tree is breathtaking. Jacarandas do not grow in Wyoming, so thanks for the pictures. I went to Sydney Uni and th...I love jacaranda blue. I went to Sydney Uni and the big jacaranda in the main quad flowers when the exam schedule goes up. All rather cruel. It took me about 10 years not to feel somewhat anxious when I saw one in flower. It's always lovely driving into Sydney (especially the north shore) and see a see of blue trues. I would imagine that Florida would be the ideal climate for them to flourish in.
