Saturday Snapshot Orange Grove Markets

This morning dawned with one of those glorious sunny winter days that Sydney can do so well.
I decided to walk up to our local farmer's markets at Orange Grove to check out the winter produce.

Saturday Snapshot is a now being hosted by Melinda from West Metro Mommy

The rules are simple:

To participate in the Saturday Snapshot meme post a photo that you (or a friend or family member) have taken and leave a direct link to your post in the Mister Linky. Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. 9. Asparagus, daffodils and rhubarb-it looks more like spring rather than winter Brona!I'm not sure if I've heard of Orange Grove markets before, they don't seem to be Balmain markets, or the Lillyfield ones. Still, it all looks great though.

    1. The Orange Grove markets are in the school grounds of Orange Grove Public School in Lilyfield.
We have had such a mild winter in Sydney and surrounds Louise, that it does indeed feel like an early spring here!

    1. The pink flowers are proteas, native to South Africa, but they thrive in the Australian climate too. They're one of my favourite cut flowers.
